By accessing or using the Einstein Trades website and the Einstein System, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Einstein Trades provides educational trading tools and resources through the Einstein System, a paid membership. The service includes a structured trading framework, trade logbook, review tools, market insight, and accountability tools. The free community on Discord provides general market discussion and community access.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content, tools, and resources provided by Einstein Trades are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.

4. Membership and Billing

• The Einstein System is a recurring monthly subscription.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refund requests within 7 days of initial signup will be honored in full.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or republish content from the Einstein System
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, and materials within Einstein Trades and the Einstein System are the intellectual property of Einstein Trades. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission.

7. Risk Disclaimer
