Einstein Trades and Trading News Alerts are products operated by Session One Holdings LLC("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, use your free Einstein account, or subscribe to any Einstein product (such as the Einstein Game, Trading News Alerts, Einstein Education, Einstein Live, or a bundle).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Email address (when you create an account or subscribe)
• Payment and subscription information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card details; we keep records of which products you subscribe to)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, anonymized analytics)
• Trading data you record in the platform (trade logs, journal entries, screenshots, notes, review grades, and mental-state check-ins)
• Community and session data (Discord account linking if you connect it, live-session enrollments, and paid live-session attendance metadata — join/leave times and total attendance duration from the session provider; used for providing the service, access control, support, refund eligibility, and operational records)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and the products you use
• To process payments and manage your subscriptions and entitlements
• To power AI coaching and review features on the trading data you record (relevant data is sent to our AI providers to generate your feedback)
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing notices)
• To improve our platform and user experience
• To respond to your requests or questions

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Payments are processed through a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Authentication is handled through secure, encrypted sessions.

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for authentication and data storage
• Vercel — for website hosting
• Discord — for community features
• Zoom — for live sessions
• Resend — for transactional email
• Anthropic and OpenAI — for AI-powered coaching and review features

You have the right to:

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

8. Private Journal, Mind, and AI Features

Your Mind check-ins, coach conversations, reset prompts, journal entries, and trade notes are not shown to other members, are not shown to a mentor you are paired with (a mentor sees your trades and broad patterns only), and are not displayed in any staff or admin screen — nothing in our internal tooling is built to read them.

We will not claim more than that. This content is stored as ordinary text in our database rather than encrypted so that only you can open it, which means the small number of people with direct database access could read it if they chose to. We do not do so in the ordinary course, and we access it only where needed to investigate a support request you raise, to fix a fault, or where the law requires it.

When you use an AI-assisted feature — the coach, trade review, or weekly summaries — the relevant content is sent to our AI provider to generate that response. Providers are named in section 5.

9. Retention and Deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can export your data at any time from your account, and you can ask us to delete your account and its content by emailing us. Some records are kept longer where we must: payment and invoice records held by our payment processor for tax and accounting, and limited security and audit logs. Deleting your account does not withdraw a purchase you already made or remove messages you posted in Discord, which Discord controls.

10. Children and Minors

The platform is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase any paid product, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Where Your Data Is Processed

We and our providers operate primarily in the United States, and your data is processed there. If you use the platform from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data-protection rules may differ from your own.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
