Risk Disclosure

Effective September 19, 2026

Read this before using anything Einstein Trades publishes to make a trading decision. It describes the risk you take, what our published results do and do not represent, and what we are not.

1. Trading involves substantial risk of loss

Trading foreign exchange, futures, contracts for difference, and other financial instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of the capital you put at risk. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely without affecting your financial security or lifestyle.

2. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains

Leveraged products let a small deposit control a much larger position. The same leverage that increases a gain increases a loss, and a losing position can exceed your initial deposit with some brokers and account types. Understand your broker's margin and liquidation rules before you trade.

3. Past performance does not guarantee future results

Anything we publish about how a level, a setup, or a session turned out describes the past. Markets change. No historical record, of ours or anyone's, tells you what the next trade will do.

4. What our published charts and markups are

Einstein Trades publishes chart preparation and market analysis: areas of interest, market structure, and the desk's own plan before a session, followed by what happened after. These are observations and analysis, not instructions to buy or sell, and not a signal service. We do not tell you what to trade, what size to trade, or when to enter or exit.

Charts posted before a move are published as preparation. A level being reached later does not mean a trade was taken, that it was taken at that price, or that any particular person profited.

5. Simulated, hypothetical, model, and forward-tracked results

Where we show results that are not actual brokerage executions by a real customer account, we say so at the place the results appear. Simulated, hypothetical, back-tested, model, and forward-tracked results all share a fundamental limitation: they are prepared with the benefit of knowing how the market moved, and they do not involve real money at risk. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

Forward-tracked observations — where a level or setup is recorded before price moves and the outcome is recorded afterward — reduce hindsight bias but are still not the same as a filled order. They do not account for whether a person was at their screen, whether they would have taken the setup, or whether their broker would have filled them at that price.

The practice trading game and any simulator on this platform use simulated money. Results there carry none of the financial or emotional consequences of live trading.

6. Your actual results will differ

Real trading results differ from any published or modeled result because of spreads, commissions, financing and swap charges, slippage, latency, partial fills, gaps, liquidity, broker execution differences, your position sizing, your timing, and your own decisions. Costs compound: a strategy that looks viable before costs can be unprofitable after them.

7. No guaranteed results, income, or earnings

We do not guarantee profit, income, or any particular outcome, and nothing we publish should be read as such a guarantee. We do not promise that you will become profitable, replace an income, or recover losses. Any individual result described by a member is that person's experience and is not typical, not verified as representative, and not a promise of what you will experience.

8. Not financial advice; your decisions are yours

Nothing on this platform is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to trade. We do not know your circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance. Automated and AI-assisted features generate educational commentary that can be incomplete or wrong and are likewise not advice. Every trading decision you make, and the risk management around it, is yours alone. Consider seeking advice from a qualified, independent financial professional before trading with real capital.

9. We are not a broker and never hold your money

Session One Holdings LLC does not custody or hold client funds, does not operate as a broker-dealer or futures commission merchant, does not execute or place orders for customers, does not manage accounts, and does not have access to your brokerage account or its balances. Where you choose to import your own trade history for journaling, that is data you supply to us; it gives us no access to your broker.
